Wind Turbine Engineering (WTE) Ireland are extremely proud of the team that we have built up of professional, experienced and talented staff. Our success is based entirely on our front-line staff and our multi-disciplinary teams are experienced with a broad range of turbine brands and offer a high quality, efficient service.
Oisin Kelly: Managing Director
With almost twenty years’ experience in the wind sector, Oisin is an experienced and respected professional, particularly in the sphere of major component exchanges; this is now the core of WTE activities. Oisin pioneered many of the standard, established, practices in repairing and retrofitting damaged, bolted interfaces. Oisin leads one of our highly experienced field crews and manages the sourcing and procurement of tooling.
Yvonne Malone: Office and Accounts Manager
Yvonne has held a key role in WTE since the company was founded; among many of her duties, Yvonne oversees the smooth running of the office and manages payroll and accounts.
Declan Corrigan: Business and Technical Director
Declan joined WTE in late 2016. With thirty-two years in the crane industry and the last twenty years in the wind sector, Declan is a well-known and respected member of the wind sector. His roles include managing tenders, contract management, coordinating subcontractors, project controlling and site documentation.
Bridget Duffy: Office and Accounts Administrator
Bridget joined WTE in 2016 and her roles include accounts & banking, organising key aspects of our projects and supporting the Office & Accounts Manager in the day to day running of the business.
Deirdre Corrigan: Office & Training Administrator
Deirdre has worked with WTE since 2017 and her role includes managing staff training and PPE, proforma invoicing and supporting the Business and Technical Director in daily management of our projects.
Conor Maguire: Head of Engineering
We are delighted to welcome Conor Maguire to WTE as Head of Engineering; a native of Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, Conor comes with a significant level of experience accumulated over the last ten years in the turbine installation sector.
He will assume responsibility for all aspects of our major component exchange works including site planning and analysis, compilation of EHS documentation and client liaison; he will also coordinate our design engineering works.
